Valentyna Davidenko – an artist, poet, translator, journalist. The member of the National Union of Writers of Ukraine, and of National Union of Journalists of Ukraine. The Honoured Journalist of Ukraine. Laureate of literary awards, named after Borys Necherda, Volodymyr Svidzinski, Dmytro Nyshchenko, art award, named “Kyiv”. The author of four poetry books “The Green Star of March”, “The Night Tower”, “The Flute of Evterpa” “The White lamp I will bring you at night”, she made 14 TV movies about Ukrainian artists (TV studios – ICTV, “Alternatyva” “KDRTRK”). The poetry was translated into English, Greek, Italian, Polish and Russian languages.
